Aroma of fermented fruit, xoconostle (prickly pear), herbaceous, intense smoky, very fresh and sweet finish.

Koch El Mexicano is made with 100% Mexicano wild agave and is a huge plant. There are three variations of Mexicano agave: Chontal, Mexican and Mexican Long stock, all used in this artisanal Mezcal.
