Made up of 60% Beechworth and 40% Yarra Valley grown Syrah. 40% whole bunch fermentation for 2 weeks with indigenous yeasts, left on lees in old French oak for 7 months. Designed to be enjoyed without being cellared. Bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal added sulphites." -Jamsheed
