Expect bursts of freshly cut passionfruit, zesty grapefruit and hints of guava. Brewed with malted oats and wheat for a pillowy foundation, then hopped with Motueka, Citra Incognito, Citra Cryo, Nelson Sauvin and Vic Secret -- it’s a truly unique sensory experience.

Thiols add an exclusive and separate element to beer aroma, working in synergy with hops to deliver a truly unique spectrum of aroma.
Mash Hopping (with assistance from enzyme functionality), particular yeast strains, malt, process steps and revolutionary products like Phantasm present an opportunity to convert bound thiol precursors to volatile, and pleasantly intense aromatic compounds.
