"Hop Nation x One Drop - Berry Banana Mixed Culture Smoothie Sour! This epic collab started at Hop Nation’s Mornington site - the base beer was brewed using Pilsner malt, oats and wheat, then kettle soured. The fermenting beer was then transported to our Footscray site and inoculated with our house mixed culture for a four-month secondary fermentation. Finally, we added bucket loads of fruit – a perfectly balanced composition of 45% raspberry, 25% blackberry and 30% banana, topped off with organic Tahitian vanilla beans.
