A simple base of Australian Pilsner malt and wheat lays foundation for a zippy, clean acidity created by kettle souring with our house lactobacillus strain. Tart Australian Passionfruit in addition to plump, juicy, Blood Plums combine to pay homage to one the best parts of the Australian summer - our outstanding fresh fruit.
