"Pop a couple of cans of Paddington Marmalade IPA under your hat and get ready for a journey through old-school bitterness, jammy-citrus from the English hops and a touch of toffee-sweet malt from the English Crystal. This traditional English-style IPA will have you stopping at all stations of big bear (ahem, beer) flavour.

The English hops, Admiral and First Gold, are well known for their orange-citrus character, whereas the Golding and Target counter this with sweet floral and spice. We also slipped in a touch of Mandarina Bavaria, which lives up to its name, and a dash of sweet orange peel to shore up the Olde English Marmalade theme.
