"Our Experimental Series is a deep-dive into the raw materials of making beer, examining the influence even subtle differences can have on the final product. Trio of Dips is a three-way split, where each is dry-hopped with Cascade grown in a different country on entirely different continents. We’ve seen unique characters in hops grown in different regions within the same country, but how does prolonged separation by entire oceans come into play? Is it just terroir that’s responsible, or do the hops begin to evolve and adapt to the environment over time?
