"Viognier grown on the pre-Cambrian era soils of Heathcote, Victoria.
Organically grown viognier from Toolleen was pressed firmly as whole clusters. The juice was fermented and aged in a combination of stainless steel and seasoned Stockinger puncheons. An expressive wine - Earl Grey tea, white flower potpourri and herbal inflections lead to fuzzy white peach and tangerine zest.
I am deeply fond of the gastronomic white wines of the Rhone valley and encourage you to enjoy this wine with food." - Gum
