"Announcing Gathering Tart Cherries & Peaches! We began this beer with tart cherries from Samascott Orchards in Kinderhook, NY and peaches from Wright’s Farm in Gardiner, NY. The fruit underwent a carbonic maceration and spontaneous autofermentation before blending with our favorite barrels of aged sour beer. The result is bright balanced acidity, kriek-like overtones of cherry and cinnamon, and tannic peach skin on the palate." -Grimm
