Good Land - Raspberry S'mores Campfire BA Peated Imperial Pastry Stout
"Ex Bourbon barrel aged pastry stout in the middle of summer? Just because we can! A different take on our OG S’mores stout we released last year as part of the Carwyn Cellars Black Box. We started off with a light peat smoked malt base & graham crackers in the mash, we then left this big stout to age in ex buffalo trace barrels and extra 7 months than the OG which has really rounded out the peat flavour, it was then conditioned on chocolate, marshmallows, milk sugar, vanilla beans & layers and layers of fresh raspberry. Super sweet like a real dessert S’more yet balanced by the peat and the big chocolate malt bill with a hint of smooth bitterness, the bourbon barrels have really rounded this one out and helped with a touch of vanilla then of course a big wack of fresh raspberry!l" - Good Land
