TASTING NOTES
Our lactic blend now has 3-4 different strains in it, which makes it really delicious + complex. It gives lots of fruit notes before you even add the dragon fruit + pineapple. The dragon fruit gives colour over flavour - the pineapple is doing the heavy-lifting here in terms of fruit punch contributions. The lovely thing about sours is that you can hide both low-alcohol and high-alcohol. In this beer, the high alcohol brings an intensity to to the sweetness.
