"This is a very special collab for us! Finally getting a chance to create a beer with the crew from Alvarado Street Brewery! If you’re new here Brady used to work at Alvarado Street where he learnt his trade and also his first professional brewing gig! Can’t speak highly enough of the team, awesome people and top quality beer. So when we caught up and stayed together in NZ in March for hop selection we knew we had to make a big hazy hoppy DIPA together with some of the special hops we selected!
Sausage Sizzle is double dry hopped with two different lots of hand selected Freestyle Nelson, Garston Nelson, Eggers Special Riwaka and Rakau SubZero Hop Kief. We have ourselves a very hop forward Hazy DIPA! On top of that we used our new house hazy strain which provides an extra soft and juicy body and adds a nice citrus and tropical layer. Big and oily beast with plenty of NZ dank!" - Future
