"Fontavera wines are crafted by winemaker Andrea Sartori, the great-grandson of the founder of the still family owned Sartori di Verona Winery in 1898...The 2020 Pinot Grigio is an aromatic wine displaying lemons, fresh picked pear, cloves, dried herbs and wet stone. Spending a short time on lees has softened the wine and delivered a layered, textural mouthfeel whilst maintaining the racy acidity we expect of the region.
