"100% Arinto. A new variety for Sarah at Box Grove. Vines are 3 years old with the first crop being last year, which we used in our Vermouth Soda. This year we wanted to let it shine on it’s own. It's a good one! You'll laugh, you'll cry, it'll change your life!
Handpicked then destemmed. Fermented on skins for 12 days, then pressed to old oak. 4 months on lees.
Brimming with excitable energy. Smashed lemons, lime pith, curry leaf, sunflower seeds and daisies. Chalky texture. Very floral." - Fin Wines
