"Vineyard: 100% old bush vines, planted in high altitude vineyards on granite and slate soil of different textures, maximum yields of 3.500 kg/ha.
Vinification: manual harvest in 25kg plastic boxes. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete vessels, ageing for 6 months in large volume French oak vats.
Tasting notes: Bright rubi colour with medium-pale intensity with aromas, characteristic of the garnacha, of fresh red fruit such as strawberry, rasberry and red cherry, aromatic herbs and floral hints. in the mouth it is direct, fresh, full of flavours and with a surprising acidity and length." - El Galayo
