This is a racy little number will make you do a double take. A straight down the line Semillon. Hand harvested from a little plot in Osmington sub region. Simply pressed directly to tank for a cool ferment. Battonaged with extra love for a couple of months before bottled. No additions, finings, or filtration to bottle. Only minimal sulphur at bottling.
