Inky colour. The first nose has pepper, black fruit, ripe crushed thyme, fennel, and toasted pinion. A musky smell gives a little reminder of wild flavours. Finally to the palate what a surprise! The attack is soft and fleshy. It is not heavy; the tannins are still young but full of promise. Dark chocolate, mocha, graphite, and empyreumatic aromas along with sensual spices.
