"A mildly toasty and softly reduced ose needs a through aeration so I would suggest decanting it first. Otherwise there is excellent density and punch to the brooding, intense and muscular flavors that exude evident minerality on the presently linear, rustic and moderately austere finish where a touch of tar arises. As the description suggest, this is somewhat youthfully awkward and will require a gew years to better harmonize but the underlying material appears to be sufficiently good that this should ultimately come together." - 90 points.
