"This blend has a nose of lemon and sweet pastry. On the palate the wine is fresh and lifted with lemon and citrus flavour and sweet yeasty characters throughout. This Pet Nat will match well with pan fried or battered fish.

This sparkling wine is made by the traditional methods where the fruit is whole bunch pressed and the resulting juice is fermented into a base wine. This base wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle to give the wine its “sparkle” Unlike traditional sparkling wines however the yeast from the secondary ferment is left in the bottle leaving the wine with a deposit of natural yeast." - Delatite
