De Molen x Rodenbach 'Wieken & Krieken' Red Fruit Barley Wine 330ml
"For this collaboration we have brewed a full-bodied classic barley wine to which we added many classic Rodenbach ingredients after fermentation, such as cranberry, elderberry and sour cherries. This has resulted in a beer with a unique taste dimension. At first you taste the full-bodied barley wine with its maltiness and ripe fruits, after which the nicely balanced, classic Rodenbach acidity comes up and you can clearly taste the cranberry and sour cherries." - De Molen
NOTE: A very special collab project between two of the world’s great breweries. Unfortunately, this red fruited barleywine was printed with a 12 month best before date and the importer has been forced to move it on quickly. Despite having a BBD date September 2023, we expect this beer to be drinking well for at least the next 5 years. Drink some now and cellar some for later!
