"Introducing our highly anticipated 2025 Rosé, which was crafted exclusively from Grenache.

The grapes were handpicked at the break of dawn, ensuring optimal freshness. We have achieved its delicate salmon hue through a gentle whole cluster pressing process, carried out while the berries were still cool.

Following an extended cold fermentation period of nearly three- weeks, the resulting wine showcases an array of delicately intense fruit aromas and flavours- guava, watermelon and orange blossom. On the palate, prepare for a refined and delicate sensation, as the wine's bright acidity comes forward, accompanied by vibrant citrus notes and luscious strawberries. The refreshing crispness ensures the wine has a long finish and leaves a lasting impression. Embodying freshness and vitality, our Rosé is best served chilled, making it perfect for a warm afternoon in the sun.
