WINE MAKING: Cold soaked with regular daily pump-overs to aerate the wine, before being matured in French oak barriques.
TASTING NOTES: There is a lifted and fragrant nose of bright summer berries; cherries & strawberries. On the palate you’ll find a great balance of fleshy youthful Pinot fruit and piercing acidity.
