"Our versatile rosé is produced from old vines and delicate direct pressing.
Like all our wines, Rosé is produced with the greatest respect for nature and our consumers. This blend of old Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Mourvèdre and Rolle (Vermentino) vines is delicately pressed and fermented for 3 weeks at low temperature then clarified with organic pea powder. It presents itself as a “vegan-friendly” wine for the 21st century. Its rich texture and complexity, its length in the mouth and its aging potential make this rosé a wine designed to accompany dishes of all seasons." - Chene Bleu
