"Hubert de Bouard de Laforest is an oenologist, a consultant and the co-owner of Chateau Angelus, 1er Grand Cru Classe A in Saint-Emilion. In 1998, he bought this estate with his children and renamed its wine La Fleur de Bouard. The vineyards are planted in deep gravelly soils in what is an extension of the nearby Pomerol plateau.
