"Blend of 18- to 20-month-old Lambics with Bergeron apricots
A very fragrant and delicious beer that perfectly captures the aromatic qualities of the Bergeron apricot.
The apricots used are sustainably grown. We will blend 300g of fruit per liter of Lambic.
The maceration time is very short. Approximately five weeks are sufficient for the Lambic to extract the aromas and flavors of the fruit.
Fou'foune also marks the start of the bottling season towards the end of August.
Given its success, Fou'foune has become our third fruit beer in terms of volume, behind the classics Kriek and Rosé de Gambrinus." - Cantillon
