"Barrel aged wild GOSE. A wheat ale with noble hops aged in tonneau with lactobacilli and brettanomyces from 6 to 8 months and spiced with coriander and Cervia salt.

Zena is our cellar interpretation of a Gose, a traditional style originating from Germany (Goslar, then Leipzig). Following refinement for 6 to 8 months in specific barrels with contamination of brettanomyces and lactic bacteria, of a wheat beer with noble German hopping, we carry out a classic spicing of salt (from Cervia) and coriander. The salt presence stimulates the desire to drink an extremely refreshing beer, thanks to the acidity and a spicy citric pungency. The imprint of the barrel cellar gives funky and wooden notes, enriching the beer with depth and nuances." - Ca' del Brado
