"We have teamed up with our mates from Three Blue Ducks to create our Trail Mix 2021 limited release.
This sustainable Rum is infused with locally grown & foraged produce from The Ducks farms, gardens and restaurants.
Beginning with Brix shiraz barrel aged Rum, we infused ginger from the Ducks’ farm in Byron Bay, cumquats from their Rosebery urban garden, honey from the beehive at their Bronte café, along with coffee grounds & orange peel from their bars & kitchens around Australia.
The addition of native riberry & kakadu plum as well as Aussie grown mango & vanilla add balance, roundness and body." - Brix
