"Chenin Blanc from Blewett Springs is currently enjoying an on-trend period & it is mainly due to this very vineyard responsible for that resurgence.

It is easy to see why with this perfectly handcrafted example of the variety. Clear & clean with pale straw hues. Up front primary aromas of honeysuckle & citrus blossom. Background notes of stone fruit with very subtle hints of fine oak characters gained by very careful maturation in French Barriques.

That oak framework adds depth, texture & complexity to a zesty palate of red apple & Nashi pear. Great acidity & varietal minerality adds balance to the finish. Think lemon curd with grated lime zest.

Suitable to drink with roast poultry. Any pork dish & most Asian cuisine. A perfect accompaniment for Salt & Pepper Squid.  Chargrilled seafood also." - Brini
