Release #1 is aged in Chartreuse barrels, with the distinct flavour of this infamous green liqueur showcasing overtones of aniseed and a light herbal finish. They called us insane when we chose this monster of a barrel, but enjoy what we believe to be the first Chartreuse barrel aged stout in Australian beer history." - Bright
