Release #3 was aged in Madeira barrels which lent the distinctive flavour of this rare island wine to the beer. A chocolate plum aroma paves the way for a candied fruit and caramel flavour with a dark bitter chocolate finish that is smooth, rich and velvety." - Bright

"Roasty stout with notes of Blackberries, Chocolate syrup, Tarte Tatin. The Madeira comes through as dark dried fruits like prunes and raisin with molasses. Silky body and semisweet boozy finish for a complex and delicious beer." -Team Carwyn
