'"Skinsy' Pinot Gris was the brief for this year's version of this delightful varietal. The 2025 vintage began with a moist Spring followed by a dry, warmer Summer. Our approach to processing the fruit was to maintain skin contact for 3 days prior to pressing. We fermented the wine using wild yeasts and without oak to retain its varietal character.
