This 2020 Shiraz has all the hallmarks of an outstanding example of this renown variety. Using 15% whole bunch and 10% whole berry with the remainder gently crushed, the must spent 21 days on skins in open fermenters before pressing. The wine was matured for 14 months using 20% new French oak. The result is a plush wine with dominant red and black fruits and a notable spice character and beautifully, fine integrated tannins." -Bress
