This wine has been made as a tribute to the irreverence, non-conformist and ingenious nature of the lovable character we all came to admire, adulate and adore!! ... Every moment with Adam was unpredictable yet consistently entertaining and mostly enjoyable!! ... In producing this wine, a favourite variety of Adam Marks, made with fruit sourced from his former vineyard, we raise our glasses (and our middle finger...) in his honour and salute the legacy he has left for so many of us.
