"Pigment is a tasty little DIPA that showcases some amazing late harvest Cashmere which Mike & Erik have become particularly infatuated with since discovering it earlier this year. Paired with a stellar lot of Mosaic and a brewery favourite, Motueka, Pigment is bursting with aromas of stonefruit, sweet berry and lemon. On the palette, Pigment takes you on a bit of a wild ride swinging between tropical fruit smoothie, berry lollies and crushed whole lemons, changing with each sip. We're obsessed with this late-harvest Cashmere, and we think you will be too." - Bracket
