This Toppling Goliath collaboration was brewed and barreled into a combination of Heaven Hill and Old Fitzgerald casks in February 2023. After 18 months of aging, this liquid boasts a bold barrel presence and a silky, viscous body.
We’re delighted to combine the maple expertise of our collaborators with our own pecan processing prowess, where we roast small batches of fresh Georgia pecans and immediately add them to the recirculating liquid to capture every atom of their rich, nutty flavor and aroma.
