Cultivation method: Vine managed biodynamically, Ecocert and Demeter certification. The vines are cultivated without weedkiller, chemical fertilizers or synthetic products. We use sulfur, copper and herbal teas to treat the vines. Production and supply of our compost. These vines are plowed in their entirety.
Aging: 6 years under veil in untopped whisky barrels
