In the style of a Czech Pilsner, but made in Victoria by a Victorian using only Victorian ingredients.
A clean and crisp pilsner malt backbone is balanced with a soft bitterness from Super Pride. Late additions of Melba hops give it a distinct grapefruit and citrus flavour. Unfiltered but crystal clear.
- Grain was harvested in Donald, then malted in Ballarat
- Hops were developed and grown in Myrrhee
- Yeast was propagated and pitched in Lilydale
- Water catchment is from the Upper Yarra Reservoir near Warburton."
