Beereratne - MVP Pilsner

"Our flagship beer leads the mission to make “Victorian Pilsner” an official beer style. The MVP - Modern Victorian Pilsner - is made in Victoria, by a Victorian using on Victorian ingredients.

This beer is an homage to some classic Victorian bitter lagers from my youth, just with better ingredients and more time spent in tank. A lot of the classic flavours come from the simple and clean pilsner malt backbone combined with Super Pride (of Ringwood). 

For a bit of modernness, fairly new hop Melba is used both in the boil for some spiciness and earthiness, and then later in the whirlpool for some citrus and passionfruit flavours.
