"One of our two Flagship wines the Cascabel Shiraz is deep purple in colour with a bright crimson hue, the nose displays plums, fennel, dusty earth characters and vanillin; the palate is sharp with lifted berry fruits, cherries and plums, the mouth-feel is intense with grip and amazing length and flavour; this premium Shiraz is at the top end. With hand selected fruit, additional pressings and fine French oak we have made a wine which is elegant, but robust enough to withstand the passage of time. Cellar for 10 - 15 years." -Barnadown Run
