"This Smoked Barleywine was produced entirely with just 4 malts that have been smoked over 4 different woods - Beechwood, Cherrywood, Applewood & Manuka. We’ve used a reiterated mash process with a 2.5 hour boil, to create a beer of incredible depth & length of flavour. Tastes of Bacon Jerky with the Smoked Jalapeños added during conditioning, adding complexity & a gentle finishing heat.
