Italian style pilsners, originating in Northern Italy, are a light, crisp, more subtle version of a German Pilsner...BUT, they are lightly dry hopped with any variation of noble hops you choose. For Aurora, utilize the almighty Saaz throughout, but we also gave this just a touch of NZ Waimea in the dry hop. Waimea is a beautiful hop with a lineage that includes the noble saaz as a parent. It's crisp and light, with subtle noble hop aromas and a touch of grapefruit and yellow citrus." -Aurora
