"Beer doesn’t get any fresher than this. We’ve dialled in the ultimate tribute to lupulin with our latest Double Dry Hopped West Coast IPA, packaged and poured within a single day to capture the volatile hop oils at their absolute, aromatic peak.

On the snozz a vibrant, saturated bouquet leads with punchy pink grapefruit, fresh passion fruit, and crushed diesel from Riwaka, underpinned by bright mojito lime and zesty citrus peel courtesy of Motueka.

Smothering the palette abrasively, Strata brings layers of ripe tropical mango, sweet strawberry candy, and signature dank herbal complexity. That luscious fruit is immediately balanced by classic Columbus, delivering a deep resinous pine and a firm, assertive bitterness.

This completes a clean, lean, and unmistakably West Coast India Pale Ale. A crisp, Pilsner Malt grist with a dusting of Vienna lets the hop oils linger whilst coating the palate, finishing with a snap of dank resin, lime zest, and refreshing bitterness that begs for another sip.
