"Behind every good thing, there’s a great Wendy. Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir twinkles pretty here, gleaming pale, rusty rouge in the glass. Strawberry fields and delicate spice. Fancy phenolic action keeps things interesting. Herbal notes and savoury earth. A delicate, dancing complexity; a wine and a woman to be treasured.

Harvested in the morning. 85% destemmed, 15% whole bunches. Fermented with wild yeast for 14 days on skins. Plunged twice daily. Gently pressed and matured in seasoned hogsheads for 6 months. Full and spontaneous MLF.

NOSE: Wild strawberries, potpourri, wet leaves.

PALATE: Soft and smooth, the berry flavours build in intensity, encased in mushroomy forest floor characters. The acidity keeps things moving and the tannins are deftly knitted together to provide a chewy finish.
