"A vibrant and expressive blend crafted for freshness and effortless enjoyment. The two varieties were vinified separately. The grenache was 100% destemmed to highlight its juicy red fruit and spice, while Gamay underwent a combination of whole bunch and whole berry fermentation, adding lift, texture, and a delicate mineral edge. Aged in neutral old oak to preserve purity, the wine pours a vibrant garnet hue with a medium-bodied palate. Expect raspberry and boysenberry, layered with subtle spice from the Grenache and minerality from the Gamay. Refreshing acidity and gentle tannins make this an ideal chillable red." - Airlie Bank
