The grenache was 100% destemmed to highlight its juicy red fruit and spice, while Gamay underwent a combination of whole bunch and whole berry fermentation, adding lift, texture, and a delicate mineral edge. Aged in neutral old oak to preserve purity, the wine pours a vibrant garnet hue with a medium-bodied palate.
