"Aguas Mansas is a 45% Alc. mezcal, originating from Santiago Matatlán, a town in the heart of the Central Valleys of the state of Oaxaca. Thanks to the quality of its agave plants and production over generations, this town is known as "The World Capital of Mezcal"

It is crystalline, clean, and bright. It appears to have a high body or density. 

On the nose, it is aromatic and expressive; prominent notes include sage, rosemary, and a citrusy touch of grapefruit. There is a slight smoky presence reminiscent of leather.
