"Fruity, spicy, vibrant and seductive. Tastes of red fruits with subtle baking spices and sour cherries.
Made with Barossa Grenache and McLaren Vale Shiraz. Grenache for this wine was fermented as 100% whole bunch for a short 5 day maceration before being pressed to french oak barriques. The Shiraz component was pressed without maceration straight to stainless steel. The two wines were blended just prior to bottling." -Ada
