3 Ravens x Carwyn Cellars x Birdsnake 'Cookie Conspiracy' Imperial Stout

We couldn’t brew a series of imperial stouts without putting dumb shit in at least one of them. Drawing inspiration from a well-known chocolate covered jam and marshmallow filled biscuit, we conditioned this beer on raspberry puree, Tanzanian cacao nibs (roasted by our mates at Birdsnake), vanilla and raspberry marshmallows as well as several boxes worth of the actual biscuit. It’s probably as much rocky road as it is cookie (but Cookie Conspiracy had a better ring to it) - and if aged for long enough you may receive a blessing from the slug gods!
