"This specific Oude Geuze blend consists of lambic originating from seven different barrels, eight different brews, by four different brewers. The oldest lambic in this blend was brewed beginning of March 2016 and was almost four years old upon bottling. More than half of the lambic in this blend was brewed by us. Upon release, the weighted average age of this blend was more than 36 months. That means the oldest portion of lambic was brewed more than five years ago when released." - 3 Fonteinen
