Callington Mill Distillery is truly a mix of old and new - the latest in distilling technology was setup inside the historic Callington Mill and surrounding heritage precinct. The iconic windmill dates back to 1837, originally producing flour, with the owner setting up a distillery on the side (illegal at the time!) to supply the local pubs & hotels. Callington Mill Distillery has brought distilling (legally) back to the area, and are producing exceptional and award-winning Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky!
